Hello. I’m Sue Llewellyn, your course instructor.  I worked for 15 years as a journalist in the BBC TV newsroom and now train journalists in Social Media.

About the course

The aim of this course is to help you clearly identify and understand the reasons for using Social Media and to help you and your organisation do your job better.

The course is divided into two sections:

  • Section 1 provides an overview of the course and introduces the course trainer and media experts.

You will be asked to work on a strategy document throughout the course.

  • Planning your resources
  • Measuring your performance

You can complete this course within 5 hours over multiple sessions.
